Um.
Like Alcohol ... Salt, Soy Sauce and vinegar are not exactly 'foods'.
And; good pasta lives forever, as does sugar and whole wheat (provided the wheat is well dried).
Does powdered milk really have a super long shelf life?

Interesting list...
The only two things I can comment on are.... Be careful with Ghee... There seems a lot of difference between melted, clarified butter and ghee.. The best we have had was homemade that was totally clear and clean right to the bottom of the jar.. - - - - -
As powdered milk goes.... We have and routinely use powder that is ...who knows how old at this time... Some I know to be more than 5 years in storage.. It was purchased on sale, and is name brand, not store brand.. If that matters.. We leave it in the sealed plastic bags, storing the bags in a tote in the cold room.. Never had a problem.. Knock on wood.. Every ones experience will differ..

Low fat versions last longer, or freezing it makes it last longer too but its a bit of a tradeoff giving freezer space to stuff like that as there are more important things that can use that space....and we have access to both cows and goats that can be milked if it comes down to it. Other people may not so it might be more important for them.
