We used to use a lot of Alberta Wild Rose hips in home canned apples as chicken feed.. Never had tea made with them.. I would try it.. That looks like an interesting cheese she made and used in the perogies.. Looked good.. Again, we made and froze lots of mashed potato, ground onion perogies.. Interesting fat pork she had canned..

The fat pork and cheese perogies looks good.. We made and froze a lot of mashed potato perogies at times..
It is interesting how they do canning many places.. I'm sure it is OK, but would not be comfortable using the methods they use over USDA type pressure canning procedures.. The video of canning fish being an example.. But then it obviously works.. -- -- That appears to be Asian carp.. ?? This is an invasive species in North America...
