The NSW Government are changing Animal Welfare Laws to suit the animal rights’ agenda. If these laws are passed hunting, fishing, farming and virtually all animal interactions will be destroyed! THIS CRAZINESS MUST BE STOPPED! Sign the ePetition on the NSW Parliament website and write to your state MP and tell them that they must not support these reforms. www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/la/Pages/ePetition-details.aspx?q=qBOar3qjYoueNu/qGMaIEQ==We can stop this nonsense, but we can't stop it without you, so sign the ePetition NOW and forward this email to everyone you know!

Maybe the property developers should stop being allowed to destroy habitats everywhere so they can build hi rises and unit blocks on nature reserves. Recreational hunting and fishing makes little impact compared to commercial endeavors like land clearing for new suburbs and commercial fishing. Its like the straw argument that we are all killing the ocean life by using plastic straws, absolute bullshit.

Parts of the definition of cruelty proposed for use in the new act:
• over-loaded, over-worked, over-driven, over-ridden or over-used • exposed to excessive heat or excessive cold
Good luck to any prosecutor trying to prove an offence involving either of these definition components.
What is the legal definition of "overloaded"? "over used"? "excessive" ? These will depend so much on individual circumstances that convictions will be a rarity.

Exactly Spinifex. But this is really an attempt to insert crazy regulation, training and permitting requirements. They can,t stop hunting, racing and farming but they can regulate it to a slow death. Sound familiar?

Honest to god our duty in life these days is to push back on the raft of ill considered, agenda driven, ludicrous legislation proposals which are raining down upon us every week. Go forth netizens and e-object to these nigh on daily threats, lest you be forced to succumb to a moronic metro leftard matrix lifestyle from this day forward. This particular perspective brought to you by a nice Friday afternoon bottle of Kiwi sauv blanc.
