No, separatists already did this years ago. Domededovo airport in 2011, allegedly by Chechen separatists. Not enough to pin on a particular country and retaliate with nukes, otherwise the Yanks could use that excuse after 9/11.

Not enough to pin on a particular country and retaliate with nukes, otherwise the Yanks could use that excuse after 9/11. So bushdoc if the Ukranians started firing missiles at Russian cities you don't think that would trigger Putin? you might find that the handlers for Ukraine have probably advised them against that or they will pull their support also it should be noted that Ukrainian forces have already shelled and killed civilians on the Russian side of the boarder in some of the smaller towns and have done this since 2014 hell there even was a time when the Russians asked them if they wanted their APC back that broke down deep on Russian turf The truth of it is should missiles start getting lobbed at Russian cities it would be a gift for Putin because it would do two things 1. Derail the subversive effect of popular opinion to create problems for Putin on the home front lets face it you might not support Putin or the war but if your family is killed by a NATO supplied missile launched by Ukrainian forces while they are having dinner or at school you will want blood and revenge and it would validate everything that came afterwards 2. Frees up Putins hand to go to full national mobilization and that would be devastating for Ukraine regardless of the way things are portrayed on the media about Russian losses and incompetence a full National mobilization would be the end for Ukraine without direct NATO involvement in active combat with Russian forces and we all know what that means A good example of information being interpreted and delivered by the media I just read a headline about how Russia is getting hundreds of semi retired T64 tanks out of mothballs some of these have upgrades some don't and it went on about how it was a sign of how desperate Russia was and how its losing the war that it needs to get old soviet gear from museums to fight but the truth of it is none of that yes Russia has had a lot of loses so now they have adapted because you see they know now how effective the new anti tank weapons are against what they have so instead of wasting their higher end gear they send in a higher number of tanks that are disposable and sure you're going to take them out but they are going to cost you resources and revel your positions also those beautiful terminator tanks have been wrecking Ukrainian anti tank teams from outside their engagement range so the moment they pop off a round death comes from nearly 3km away plus they have been eating up those pesky drones however you wont see any of this on the news because Russia is losing ok even if the Ukrainians are losing up 1000 men a day at times Just like those nice shiny field guns donated by the west got to fire of a volley then were shut down by precision missiles i have some insane videos showing whats happening over there from a friend in the states and it really isn't good for either the west , Ukraine or Russia and if the US wasn't supplying constant data and intel to them on where Russian forces were then it would be over a lot quicker My hope is that people and people i mean the public realize that we are all just being used to fund a side project because lets not forget very early on into the conflict there was almost a peace deal until mr Z got pulled aside and told no we will give you toys instead lets face it who actually are the good guys and bad gus here? Russian forces are committing crimes but lets not forget the Ukrainian general that told his troops that when they enter the breakaway republics to kill all the children and women to remove the next generation and that was on twitter yes publicly on twitter Then there was the head surgeon that ordered his medics to castrate any Russian males captured because they were not human only cockroaches that didn't deserve to breed yes that was on twitter as well they both removed the tweets and claimed they were just joking...... yeah i cant see anything good coming from this either way lets just pull up the deck chairs , cold beers and popcorn and watch the show

Russia is definitely struggling in Ukraine, they have changed tactics numerous of times, retreated from gained ground, lost a lot of military hardware, even there no1 battleship. Had supply line issues, hardware breaking down due to lack of maintenance, lost many senior generals, have not demonstrated air superiority.
Putin keeps replacing his top generals, it is a very good indicator of poor performance.
Russia is getting more and more desperate with constant threats of nuclear retaliation. Sanctions will start hurting esp no more computer chips to make smart weapons. Many neighbouring countries will be joining NATO, there strategies are backfiring.

As I was saying yesterday and now just popped up on MSN Page! www.msn.com/en-au/news/world/exclusive-u-s-and-ukraine-discuss-danger-of-escalation-as-new-arms-extend-kyiv-s-reach/ar-AAXLWwT?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531&cvid=0849ca67ae224726890bd06c34ad3a44By Phil Stewart and Idrees Ali WASHINGTON (Reuters) - As the United States and its allies provide Ukraine with increasingly sophisticated arms, Washington has held discussions with Kyiv about the danger of escalation if it strikes deep inside Russia, U.S. and diplomatic officials tell Reuters.
The behind-the-scenes discussions, which are highly sensitive and have not been previously reported, do not put explicit geographic restrictions on the use of weapons supplied to Ukrainian forces. But the conversations have sought to reach a shared understanding of the risk of escalation, three U.S. officials and diplomatic sources said. "We have concerns about escalation and yet still do not want to put geographic limits or tie their hands too much with the stuff we're giving them," said one of the three U.S. officials, speaking on condition of anonymity.
Russia has attacked Ukraine's capital and locations far from the front lines of fighting. But Ukraine has not reciprocated with attacks on a major Russian city or carried out strikes deep inside Russia, including on military targets such as weapons manufacturers or supply hubs far from the border.
Putin gonna love this!

I rent my crystal ball out at $150 an hour if anyone is interested! A prominent Russian state television presenter has claimed World War III has already begun due to western arms support for Ukraine. www.msn.com/en-au/news/world/ukraine-war-russian-state-tv-claims-nato-has-started-world-war-3/ar-AAXVQUT?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=86fac6795b364c6cad2a3b397565703cA prominent Russian state television presenter has claimed World War III has already begun due to western arms support for Ukraine. Russian state TV claims 'special military operation over and World War 3 has started' Rossiya 1 presenter Olga Skabeyeva said Russia's so-called special military operation in Ukraine was over and “a real war has started, World War III”. She added that Moscow now had to expand its goal of “demilitarisation” to cover Nato countries. On Monday’s edition of her programme 60 Minutes, Ms Skabeyeva said: “It's time to admit, perhaps, that Russia's special operation in Ukraine is now over in the sense that a real war has started, World War III. “We are being forced to demilitarise, not just Ukraine but Nato as a whole.” She said the use of American M777 howitzers by Ukrainian troops in the Donbas had led her to the conclusion – though it was not the first time she has heeded the beginning of a third world war. Ms Skabeyeva is a popular propagandist who enthusiastically follows the Kremlin line in broadcasts on Russia's second-most watched news network. She previously claimed World War III had begun around six weeks ago after the sinking of the Russian warship Moskva in the Black Sea. Her claim at that time was also borne of Ukraine’s use of western military equipment. Skabeyeva earlier said WWIII was here in an April broadcast (Rossiya 1) She said: “One can safely say this has escalated into World War III, that’s for sure.

I’m confused, how does russia saying random shit in their media constitute crystal ball rental? Sometime back in several discussions I suggested that the narrative would begin to involve liberal reference to the beginnings of "World War 3" I got laughed at for making the call both online and in person by quite a few individuals. But there is just one (Russian) example right there.

I think that is wishful thinking. Changing tactics does not mean they are struggling. Retreating from one area to reinforce another area does not mean they are struggling. With the abundance of anti aircraft weapons and the likelihood of them flowing into Ukraine from NATO, any air superiority would come at a huge cost so I think it is prudent to keep it to more of a ground war. Russia has had supply line issues, hardware breakdowns etc. PERUN has interesting youtube clip delving into the reasons for this. Russia have probably already realised why and have put in steps to remedy this. Russia has lost a lot of military hardware but so has Ukraine. Both sides give figures. Ukraine claim more than Russia. If we were to assess who's winning based on those figures then one would have to assume Ukraine were on the brink of expelling all Russian forces from the whole of Ukraine. It's not what we are seeing. And despite the large losses, Russia still has a lot of hardware on the ground. Putin replacing generals is not an indicator of poor performance. Taking your key forward off the ground at half time does not mean they are under performing. If generals are skilled at different tactics then switching tactics could explain switching generals. Constant threats of nuclear retaliation does not mean they are struggling or becoming desperate. Boxers mouth off at each other before a bout. I see it more that Russia wants to avoid confrontation. And if this postulation prevents the west from supplying long range MLRS to Ukraine then it has worked. Sanctions are not working. I don't believe sanctions have ever really worked against any country. In fact they impact western countries more. Furthermore, Russia is one of a handful of countries that is not reliant on any other country. They have abundant natural resources. They have agriculture and manufacturing capabilities and the population to sustain it.

Really getting pissed off with MSM dirtbags and their total absorption and acceptance of the blatant Ukranian propaganda now being broadcast! In the meantime the Russians are gaining considerable ground apparently.

In the meantime the Russians are gaining considerable ground apparently. The problem is though the masses gobble it up and everyone keeps parroting the same thing that Russia is struggling due to their losses but from speaking to people that have 1st hand combat experience in that type of battlefield and people with 1st hand knowledge they all same the same thing Any invading force that is facing an enemy that is equipped with effective counter measures will suffer heavy losses but eventually if they have the numbers they will over run the defenders but at a cost what makes me laugh the most though norseman is if you dig around a bit on youtube and a few of the news site likes BBC , MSN, Vice, Fox , CNN you will find a lot of headlines from the last 4 years where they basically talk about the N@zis and extreme right wing units in the Ukrainian services and how they fear it will lead to it influencing trump supporters especially the dangerous Azov division but suddenly when Russia pointed this out........ Nope nothing they are good Honorable people heroes even Never let the truth get in the way of a good story

Yep. Ukraine is huge. Any any advance of over 5-10km per day is huge and effectively means there is little to no resistance. Even with a real overmatch, if the enemy is actively resisting, 1-5km per day is all you can do. Anyone still silly enough to think the MSM is still credible after the last two years would think that Ukraine is about to take Moscow.

That's probably why Poland has been so active in all of this. They are worried that the Russians will try to take the corridor between Kaliningrad and Belarus. The sea lanes to St.Petersburg is still open, so there's no real threat of total isolation.
