Especially since China is now building combat aircraft hangers on all their man made islands with enough room for more fighter jets then aust even has on our books.

Take it easy on China. Those islands are freshly minted historical islands. Been part of China's sovereign waters since before they ate mandarins. Sun tzu said "cruise missle beat small island every time, except when it don't"
the jets on the island are civilian jets armed only for their own self defence, same with the civilian torpedo boats that are for recreational purposes.

Yep, no more net fishing, just use those "privately owned" naval cruisers and drop a few depth charges to bring the fish in
