Currently, Esee 6 on my belt while I'm watching TV at the moment. That's the norm.
If I'm not wearing a belt then a benchmade 551 in my pocket.
Main rooms I'm in all have a 5+ inch blade in them. Additionally, bedroom has a large maglite and a baseball bat, and the gun room also has a hatchet on the door handle.

Haha my hilux is an urban-off-road vehicle too. Also at work, I regularly get to practice driving above the speed limit, through red lights, on the wrong side of the street, the wrong way down one way streets, etc.
In the scenario though, I think I'd have a breakfast fry up. Cook the bacon and eggs in the fridge then probably head into work (firey). At the moment I'm on far more often than I'm off so probably meant to be working anyway, but if not just see if i can get some info on what's going on.
Then either strap in for a busy shift or go home and do a thorough inventory of food, water, batteries and fuel. Calculate roughly how long me and the girlfriend can bug in for. Make sure one car load of stuff is by the garage door ready to load and bail if it comes to that.
It takes me 4 minutes to drive to work, so on one tank of fuel I can drive there and back roughly 100 times so I'm not concerned about that. I could even walk to walk and depending on the prevalence of cars still around or risk of crime i might drive or walk. Play that by ear.
I'd also be carrying more kit than usual. Ya know

A town in vic was without phones and intetnet, eftpos and credit card facilities for around 1 month.
Nobody died or rioted or anything. The banks held more cash, ATMs a couole hours away got refilled more often and centrelink took a van down there to do cash payments for the dole bludgers.

If the local servo is quiet... -Fill up the hilux ($90 at the top of the price cycle if empty, which is never but we'll say 90) - fill one of the jerrycans which is empty at the moment (call it $25) -grab another lpg bottle ($50? Dunno what a servo charges for these) -the Shell has $7 slabs of water so get another few slabs. Say 4 slabs of water. So another $28
Thats $193 if my couch-math is correct.
So get a can of red bull then go home and do a bit of maintenance on my range toys.
EDIT: it's 225 cash not 200. Whoops.
Id buy blocks of chocolate with the rest. You dont wanna even make eye contact with my misso on a bad day if you dont have some chocolate to calm the beast.

It's a struggle many of us attempt.
One small suggestion I'll make is drop bars for doors. Hooks for the bar(s) can be disguised as coat/hat hooks.

Avoid retail. Investigate wholesale/distribution.

I always found the Army really went out of its way to look after its people and their families, in ways I thought went well above and beyond what I would have expected. I think we were in different armies.

Id say we would nearly all be bottom right.
Do any of us believe the .gov can protect us in any situation and has our best interests at heart?

There a new version up. 7's reference of 14c has been changed to 14bi. Which should mean any event which allows sporting handguns should be able to be approved.

Might be a problem for literally every semi auto handgun, as nearly every single one has magazines available which are above 10rounds

If the firearm is fitted with a firearm magazine or cylinder, it must have a capacity of not more than 10 rounds. The calibre of the firearm must not exceed .38” (with the exception of cases listed under paragraph 14(c)). 43. 54. Jurisdictions will legislate to allow the sale of ammunition only for those firearms for which the purchaser is licenced, and impose limits on the quantity of ammunition that may be purchased in a given period.
