Wheat grinders, biltong box, water filters, mortar and pestle for spices, meds etc... meat slicer with crank handle -have heaps of things that I brought over from Africa where non-electrical items are not common.
One thing I am looking as sourcing is a scotch eye wood auger.

There is a US company called Lehmans Hardware that does catalog and internet business of all manor of off grid, old style tools, and kitchen hardware and more.. A bit pricey, but the things we have ordered are very good quality..
Looked up a "Ready Freddy" It is either a Leatherman type multi tool, combination P38 can opener and spoon, or a series of kids books... I suppose it depends how the term is used..

I've heard of Lehmans (I've watched quite a few Off Grid with Doug & Stacy videos) and while I hadn't looked into buying anything directly myself I might adjust that thought process. I hadn't bought anything from them before because I assumed that the shipping would be an absolute price-gouge as most shipping from the US usually is. After checking it out, $15 for international shipping to Aus? I might about to be very poor.

The shipping was very good.

I have a number of old fashioned barometers that are good for weather forecasting, we are way to reliant on radar and satellite weather reports.
Have electric items as well each of the four 72 emergency kits have combo wind up radio/touch. It is off grid electric and sustainable. Also have 4 small solar usb chargers.
