AND then there is this in today's SUNDAY TELEGRAPH.....................................................
Notes do suggest top cop ‘drunk’
EXCLUSIVE
LINDA SILMALIS
Dep Comm Mal Lanyon.
DEPUTY Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon was “smashed” when he collapsed on a footpath behind the Big Merino in Goulburn this year, according to police notes from the night.
The man tipped to potentially become our next police commissioner blamed a medical episode for his late night collapse near the grounds of the Mercure Hotel, where he was staying on February 24.
Police notes suggest he also had “low blood pressure from weight loss”, which had led to his collapse.
But previously unreleased notes from police from the night and tabled in state parliament this week show they believed the reason for Mr Lanyon’s collapse was intoxication. Mr Lanyon had been in town with some of his senior colleagues ahead of the police attestation ceremony.
Both ambulance and police had responded to a call from the hotel about a man who appeared to be in need of help.
Previously released emergency services notes from the night revealed Mr Lanyon, who was not in uniform, became agitated, allegedly asking emergency service crews: “Do you know who I am?”
Mr Lanyon later apologised to the crews after refusing to be helped. A police note from the night reveals an “IP” was found on the footpath near the Big Merino and was spoken to.
IP in police code stands for “intoxicated person”.
Greens MLC David Shoebridge, who with One Nation MLC Rod Roberts successfully fought to have the documents released, said the notes clearly suggested the cause of the collapse was “intoxication”.
Comment was sought from Mr Lanyon. The high-ranking police official has repeatedly declared the reason for his collapse was “a medical episode”.
Mr Fuller told a Budget Estimates hearing that Mr Lanyon had a drink, although also said his collapse was because of a medical episode.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________ “Do you know who I am?”..........Fukk it makes me vomit when they pull that one out!.............Like should it make a difference in a supposedly "JUST" system?
If that was a "medical episode" then wouldn't it's apparent severity dictate transport to Hospital ASAP?
NSW Police just keep serving it up!
Where is friendlyjordies right now?? Oh that's right he is being sued by John Barilaro

A virus loose in the environment, that can be carried by animals, as most corona virus apparently can be, will never be eradicated. jabs don't work, and cause other issues as the virus can out mutate the jab. NSW top Brass are power drunk, or even physically drunk as well and the lockdowns will never stop., as the virus will never stop. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, I wonder who will be the first to take on these jerks in court ? All unconstitutional, they can make laws without the full support of the Parliament, so that's also illegal. We had better take the next step and work out how we are going to live with this flu virus called covid 19, its not going to go away, and may slow down over summer, but when winter comes.....all those who have been jabbed will be exposed to a new strain, which will cause their over exited immune systems to go into overdrive and we will see all sorts of issues come up. Sorry, there is no going back after the jab, you are stuck with the consequences. It permanently changes your DNA, and for Christians, could possibly turn you into an animal (DNA wise) that GOD cant recognize and your salvation is lost. You are no longer human in his eyes. Think carefully about this people.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.

I spent the weekend at my retreat in southern NSW. Section 8, Schedule 1 of the NSW Public Health Order gave me that right. There was a police operation on the highway at Marulan, with the speed limit reduced to 40km/h, one lane closed so police could pull vehicles over and harass the occupants. They waved me straight through. A white, unmodified dual cab ute with a couple of lengths of sewer pipe tied on the rack must have made me look like a tradie to them, and not someone trying to go camping for the weekend. No bullbar, no bank of spotlights, no big cb aerial.
It pays to be the quiet deceiver.

That sounds like a good idea, think ill take all the camping stuff off mine when i get it, it only has a roll out wing awning and some fuel and water gerry carriers, think ill be good with those but the awning might come off. Im in qld anyhow but whats happening in nsw probably end up happening here oneday. I could put some random black numbers on mine like 05 or something but the hilux is friggin black, bummer!

A mate had a stock white LandCruiser that he put fake magnetic Telstra signs on whenever he went exploring in areas he shouldn't. If the Rangers stopped him, he said he was a contractor for Telstra looking for potential mobile phone tower sites.

One good thing nsw police commissioner said was that he would not impose a dicktata style curfew. Some sense amongst the smoke and mirrors, for the time being at least.

If we keep going like this it appears displaying the Australian Flag will soon be deemed an act of Tewwowism by NSW Police!
NSW Cop's culture of fishing expeditions to try bust you for "something" is fukking deplorable!

×5 Policewomen detain and question a poor elderly couple on a walking track in Sydney's inner west. Welcome to Gulag Gladystan!
Absolute overkill and waste of taxpayer money for their wages! The harder Police come down on innocent, harmless citizens such as these the more you know they know they've lost the plot! It's akin to that female copper shooting a bloke to stop him from killing himself with a knife!

Whilst checking some set lines in a river, a chap came up to me and asked "Do you know who I am", no I replied, "I'm the local fisheries inspector", thank f..k for that, for a minute I thought you were the bloke who owned the lines. Missed the fine, but lost the lines.
Free your mind....the rest will follow.

Many years ago I read about an experiment investigating primate behaviour under intense stress. They replaced a baby chimps mother with a replica chimp wired up to give the baby electric shocks. The more they shocked the baby, the more the baby chimp hugged it's mum.
Very much like Gladys and Horseface hugging their failing lockdown strategy.

There is no plan B - that's the problem !!
To be fair, lock-downs work - you might not like them - but they do work. Its just NSW has done a shit job.
Jacinda locking down all of NZ in the face of a single (now 8 cases) of delta yesterday is the way to do it - I cannot stand her or her brand of government - but to her credit she follows public health advice. The only way NZ will avoid a NSW is by doing this, and the public seem willing to tolerate it to avoid the NSW shit show.
With the pissing round NSW has done its not surprising its failing and not surprising that other states are getting really pissed with NSW !!

They only work if the people buy into them.
But when we are in week 9 of a 2 week lockdown, nobody trusts the Govt anymore, and more and more I see people fed up with this lockdown and more willing to break the rules.
For instance, there's lots of people at my workplace refusing to wear masks properly. Many leave their nose uncovered. Some only cover their chin. Management tells us to wear them properly, we tell management to get stuffed. If push comes to shove, we shut the business down.
