Seen this on the Facebook page not long ago and been thinking about modifications that can convert a pram to a nice little carry
So some design mods I'm thinking of
The baskets that sit on the bottom converted to carry water
The main "baby" area converted to carry a large duffle and tent
Its more a luxuries item
Thinking of adding a small assist drive motor
Power supply
Maybe one of those really really small fridges
Idk its on the drawing board
Of off road type pram

Unless you use a propper running pram, it'll just slow you down. Most prams are designed for perfectly flat surfaces (like shopping centers) and struggle even going on and off the footpath to cross roads. wolfstar and I were talking about converting one of those bike trailers for kids, or just making your own trolley/trailer thing.

Yea that's what I was thinking one of those 3 wheel off road ones, even thinking of attaching a stretcher type handle so it can be carried with ease if needed

Oh the handles are a good idea! I didn't think of making it easier to lift over obstacles.

Still working out exactly why I want to cart it around, and be more for heavy items... Will wait tilsl next curbside to find the type of pram, and work on the design a lot more...
But so far upgrading the bottom basket to accommodate water bladders (carrying 3+ litres of life giving water on your back can be a lot painful lol)
Modifying where the child sits to accommodate a very large duffle, and have battry storage for the assist motor (it wont drive it but will make it lighter to push...)
Still a lot of planning is needed as I want to put a darkened rain cover over it so it just looks like a baby (not a heap of luxury supplies)
Have handles on the back that are fixed but fold awaw ones up front
There are far too many options with something like this, and I know the limits of a standard pram (on baby 3)

IF this is the case, I'd rather go with a electric bike or solar powered trike like the one in the series the Colony would be awesome.

Honestly I would prefer a kyack but 3 kids under 8 years old = on foot transport once car is useless
