Only issue is now everyone knows where it is. Otherwise I'd like to live there normally, SHTF or not that's a great use of space, one of my passions.

To the add, these buildings are almost everywhere (one of these pops up every few months)
They are cold war nuke missile sites, the main "large" area is where they housed the bomb, what's to bet it hasn't been removed from a first strike list

Reminds me of the Umbrella Organization's bases in the Resident Evil movies where there is a small cottage on top but there is a large bunker under.
