Where to start, well I was on night shift last week and what better then to get on ebay and look for a bargin. So as always what to look for, One thing lead to another and I found this. So I get homw from night shift and the wife is like why the hell do you want a treadmill for, I just said it is your birthday present, then I ran, She did not see the funny side in it.I had to explain I only want the motor for my new project. So I am going to attempt to make a windmill, I am not sure what sort or how, I am thinking a vertical windmill, I am going to try and utilise the frame and left over parts and see how I go. So I hooked up the motor to see what it put out. Just to let you know this is a long term project, I still have to finish the house, The wife just keeps saying no more projects but I could not pass it up ,
I forgot to say I ended up wining the treadmill for 99c I had to go and pick it up, So I could not pass it up. Bargin. the wife was happy aswell when I finally explained it was not for her as well.
