I just cam across this site, thought it was interesting. www.preppersmallbiz.com/Intro on the site... Reason & Purpose of PSB
Welcome to Prepper Small Biz.
There is no doubt that times are tough and getting tougher. As preppers, we know the importance of prepping our water and food storage, personal self-defense, medical and financial needs. Many preppers realize the importance of all these needs, especially financial. In fact, many preppers have started creating multiple streams of income to help offset the financial stress that is or will be felt. These multiple financial streams come in many shapes and sizes. Some preppers are producing and creating and some are providing a skill.
Prepper Small Biz exists to help provide a directory for small and micro businesses to list their business, thus providing one central location where preppers can find them and support them! Preppers supporting Preppers! Who else knows and understands you better?
Small & Micro Business Owners – Visit the Submission page to get your business listed.
Webmasters/Bloggers/Reviewers – Feel free to submit YOUR review of any product that you have tested. Visit the Submission page. You can also grab the “Prepper Small Business – Supporting Preppers” graphic and post it on your own site.
Preppers – Please support your fellow Preppers and check for reviews before making a purchase. Grab the RSS feed and tell your fellow Preppers about us on your social media channels.So..What do you guys think of the concept behind PSB, Would in work here in AU?

I think it's a good idea if you have a specific skill and are able / want to sell something to someone. It's possible to own a business like that, but also keep your OPSEC integrity in place. Just need to be careful.
Would it work in Australia?....Probably not just yet. It's still quite a fragile community, and I'm not too sure how needed it really is. I think communities like this is great for sharing knowledge, but physical supplies are quite easy to come by I think...
