IF we lose the continent what are the knock on effects? at this point while we in the first world countries sit pretty I have to wonder what comes from Africa that we rely on? (it is a slightly rhetorical question as I know they produce significant amount of exports)

Africa-wide cordon? There will be a reduction in exports of oil, diamonds, aids and sorrow.
The developed world might be pressured by the leftist inbreds to take more refos but that will further assist the spreading of Ebola.
Edit to add, oil, gold and and most metals would go up in price.
