For those that have seen the 2 purge movies, what are your thoughts on this if it were real? Or could it be a god indication of what would be happening on the streets if SHTF on a global level and became every man for himself. Or could it bee seen as a viable way of population control? Since it doesn't seem that the 1 child policies of CHina and India seem to be doing anything to curtail the massive over population of just those 2 countries alone |

And I don't like the concept of a lawless purge. Particularly in Australia where there is this tall poppy syndrome crap.
While I support a cull, Australia is still a vastly empty country. Or problem is our cities are growing too wide. We need to establish another major city instead of pushing the suburbs 2 hours from the cbd.
I know it's crazy, cities naturally form themselves as towns grow and grow and purposefully building a major city from scratch is a mammoth task. Not going to happen, it will eventually organically happen but until then it's a pain in the arse with property worth more than the world thinks it is.
