very nice, although I worry about what would happen if you had a fall, would the knife not run the risk of breakage?
Also, love the leather work, it is a skill I need to get into my bag of skills. dang not having lots of money, I keep telling the wifleberrykins she needs to hurry up and win the lotto for us, 10 mill will do just nicely.

That's really nice, how long did it take you to make?
Haha, I'm putting a few eggs in the lottery basket... I could do a couple things with a spare few mil

Sheath takes around 3 weeks to build but i am working on speeding up the process trying out a few different production techniques and what not but hand molding everything to be silent takes time ,i wouldn't be too worried about breakage in a fall ,always a risk of damaging equipment in a fall but its a fairly common style of carry and i have never heard of anything like that happening

like your work Fox. Cool accessory pouch and torch holder. Big fan of knife carry in that position too

When I was in Darwin I carried a Benchmade nimcub horizontally at the 6 o'clock. When I was on navy vessels they thought I was weird but haters gon' hate.

I alternate between carry options depending on the kit i am using at the time but i have found this style of carry has a lot of strong points , bearing in mind that im a small bloke and the 1211 maybe a little big for me in this position its very easy to wear and out of the way but still very easily accessible, it doesn't flap about or get caught in the scrub either which i find can be a problem with out a leg strap if silence is a big issue and you carry a decent sized knife

Fox, your gear looks great. The scout and inch both look well made, durable and very handy. Good work!
