Most people out there have a portable gas stove for camping or emergencies, good easy and convenient product, "while u have gas". Some have liquid fuel stoves which run on petrol or white spirits(Shellite). Both options have their merits, gas it easy to use but hard to scavenge, liquid fuel easier to scavenge but more fiddly to use and carting both stoves around is just plain difficult. So I started doing a bit of research and discovered you can have the best of both worlds in one stove. Recently I purchased a second hand Coleman duel fuel stove which runs on unleaded petrol and Shellite. Also I have discovered and purchased from the states(yet to arrive) a device that coverts said stove to LPG fuel. Once I receive this adaption setup I will test it and confirm if it works as described, all going well you could have a twin burner TRI fuel stove. I will post links and photos if this works and assuming I haven't blown myself up as I get further into this. The final part of my experiment will be to see if I can run this stove on Ethanol, the reason being that with a still you could make Ethanol and power your stove into the future should a long term SHTF happen. Let the fun Begin
