I did realise the storm was that big, I was asleep and woke near the end of it all. We got heavy rain here and big winds. I just watched some of the news footage looked big.
It looked like something out of a movie, flooding no transport, no one moving in or out of town. I recon it would of been pretty scary for most people been stuck for a while, I can just imagine the panic.

Trains went down for AGES. I had to pick hubby up from work because he couldn't get home... they kept telling people that the lines would reopen in 45mins, then eventually told people to find their own way home. One of hubby's workmates didn't get home 'till 11pm :/
