How are the winters in Australia? Mostly in NSW. What do you do/use to keep your garden from getting too cold? Or are the winters warm to where you don't have to?

It varies a lot and NSW is a big state with everything from alpine to desert and sub tropical. But in general you won't have ANYWHERE near the cold you do in most of the US. That said here's a pic of my camp on a walk in mid summer  Mind you this is in the mountains, just a mile or so from Australia's highest point. |
