I just came across a YouTube channel I haven't looked at for some time: Great Depression Cooking.

A (now departed) dear lady in her 90's shares a variety of very simple recipes, interspersed with advice and anecdotes from this time in history. I believe times we face may have many similarities; accordingly, these videos will prove useful to us.
