Hello i was just wondering if anybody had a property close to newcastle I would be able to go for walks on, I would like to to start with familiarising myself with the area find out what is edible if there is water, maybe make a shelter (not to use just to see if I can, probably like a teepee or something primative made of fallen branch) if that's is ok with the owner.... I imagine anybody who would allow this would have "rules of entry" and at all times I would need to remember I am on someone else's land everything must be left as I found it, there will be places I'm not aloud as not to disturb privacy livestock or crops, il need to ask permission each time I enter the property..ect.. I would also like to do some bow hunting... I understand many people may not mind someone walking around there property but hunting is a different story altogether.. So if this is the case leaving my bow at home is not a problem.. However if someone were to let me I would give them there property and there rules the upmost respect. This means you name the rules you are comfortable with, what I hunt were I can hunt days/nights time of day ect.. I don't have much but I can offer a small amount of money for a the privilege to hunt or if you wish I can offer meat should the hunt be successful or help with work around the property whatever works out to be a fair trade.

Just a thought - what about contacting the Shooters & Fishers Party?
