I think it's an awesome idea, Jay, but can I make a suggestion? I think that there's more to learn from properties than the chance of someone on the forum actually buying one. So what Im suggesting is actually to indulge in the conversation of properties we find and look at why they are good? So they may have rivers, water rights, vineyard, vantage points, etc.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I can see your mind ticking over, but this was just a "Land for Sale" suggestion. People tell what they want, I try to find some land.

Maybe if they have a look at the land they can let others know how it went with water, etc.
