Cut beef into thin strips, and marinade overnight
3 parts worcestershire sauce
1 part soy sauce
1 part chilli sauce (sweet or spicy)
Mixed herbs
Take them out and lay them on your racks (I don't dry them off the marinade will soak in) then dust lightly with cumin, paprika and chilli flakes, then dehydrate.
(Recipe taken from another site, so it's not mine).
