Secret Sign?  Now now, we're not an Underground Secret Society!!!  As Shinester said, better to meet at a certain time/place - if you have an Ausprep patch, wear it - if not - well, we'll let you guys decide!!!!! Regardless, let us know how it went. Would love to be there, but am about 17-18hrs drive away!!!!! |

Just on this - the state meets will usually be Fri-Sun. Would it be viable for a National Meet to be, say, Thurs - Mon? ? Is this too long? Is it doable??? I figure that there will be a lot of travel time for many, and 1-3 days may not be worth the trip. |

I'm thinking about organising a day meet in nsw, for a saturday or sunday, if there is enough interest. Looking at a 3 or 4 hr hike in Blue Mountains incorporating a picnic lunch. But going on response so far to this thread by nsw members, it's not looking good. Mate, start a thread in the State/Territory section about what you want to do. Give it time-not everyone is here all the time. Get some dates/etc, and we'll promote it for you. Send me a pm with your thoughts etc, and we'll do what we can to get this going and to be successful!!! |

Shot show Melbourne may 23 A must!!! Any Vic's want to meet? Gasman, I'll second that motion. I'll be there on Sat, should we learn a secret sign so we know each other lol. Obviously a certain spot and time, it's at the Showgrounds and my immediate instinct is to meet where I went as kids [assuming it's still there] the pie in the sky! Shinster not sure if it is actual Showgrounds. I think it was outside area last time, but I could be miss remembering.
i would be more than happy to meet there. How is Saturday for you gasman?

It's real hard to get people organised, there's always a wedding or tupperware party or something that takes precedence. |

Gasman, fair deal we can certainly do that instead, can you do Sat, Sun's don't work my end typically and the date's look like;
4 - 5 July Melbourne Arms & Militaria Fair,
Westgate Sports & Leisure Complex, Altona North.
