I don't think I'm "high net-worth" enough for this. Despite the claims made with this project, no matter how much the company charges for an apartment, I'm sure that once TSHTF, YOYO.
Give me 20 acres on the south coast of WA any time.

I couldn't think of a worse place to be Mr Pete. Stuck miles underground with a bunch of wealthy demanding 'money can buy anything' individuals. Imagine having to keep them entertained!

Honestly I think all these multiple-party setups will be a death trap. What with all those alpha personalities who have never met each other cooped up underground.
The criteria for a group should be ability and personality, not wealth.

IMHO there are two extremes I'd like to avoid - the overly rich who think everyone owes them a living, and the bludgers who think everyone owes them a living.
Don't get me wrong - I have no problem with anyone who works for what they have. But anyone who expects something for nothing has no place in my plans.

And those that can turn their hand to anything will survive.
