Another item I am in the market for is a military grade HOT BOX... (Current) not those vietnam era tubs either... to many bad memories of these...
The new design is an insulated plastic locker that SSteel liner (or tub) with lid can be added to. basically the tub sits on boiling water and your food is kept warm.
This is the closet thing to them.

and NO I do not want to buy 100 of these either... just a little bit excessive for my needs...
The ones the NZ Army use are design and manufactured in Ozzie.
I use these regularly with my secondary employer and are excellent value when having a BBQ. (Instead of placing your cooked meat etc in the warming draw of your oven they go in here till you are ready to feed the masses... (The water in the tub keeps it warm. and continues cooking as well.)
If you know who sells these or where I could get hold of one that would be excellent. (providing the price is right)
