Dermer said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Besides Israel, there are another people looking for freedom,” pointing out that, “Israel is backing the Kurds in their struggle for independence and praising their efforts in the war against ISIS.” The Israeli Ambassador added, “We feel there are strong relations between Jews and Kurds and between Israel and Kurdistan.”

(IraqiNews.com) The young Kurdish Hassiba Nawzad could not continue her path towards Germany with her husband after seeing the conditions of Yezidi women in the grip of ISIS. She decided to leave her husband in Istanbul and return back to Iraq to volunteer in the ranks of Peshmerga forces. Nawzad said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, “I left my husband in Istanbul months ago on our way to one of the European countries, after seeing the conditions of Yezidi women in the grip of ISIS.” She said that her husband insisted to emigrate to Germany together, but she decided to return to volunteer in the ranks of Peshmerga forces to fight ISIS. Nawzad also revealed that currently she is a volunteer in Noran axis and will continue to do her duty to eliminate the terrorists in her homeland.

The Kurds have been fecked over by numerous nations / groups over the centuries. I wonder whether the west will actually help them this time if Turkey really starts pummelling them due to the supposed terrorist problem?
