Sounds pretty scary. I know chances of something happening in our lifetime is slim, but from the sounds of the article, it would mean imminent death if it were to erupt.
Really not sure what you do to prepare for something like that? Underground bunker?

Not sure with bunker you would have to be pretty far away as the earth would probably quake as well!

I saw this some years back, it's a bit like American Blackout but about Yellowstone erupting. Rewatching now.

I used to live in Mt Gambier - I always thought the volcano was 'dead', but recently found out it is active still - never get me there again to live!! But, living just over an hour away, we are still within range of the ash if it blows good and proper!.
Another scenario now to add to the long list!!
