What is your favourite hygiene item to store, other than the most important things like soap and hand sanitiser etc? For me as a woman Panty Liners are a great idea to keep underwear fresh and be able to wear them for longer (instead of having to wash your 2 pairs of undies all the time)!

baby wipes are my most prized posession - they clean all manner of crap of every surface (used sparingly)

Several buckets of calcium hypochlorite. Dissolves in water to provide a powerful bleach, can sanitise drinking water, and lasts (stored dry) for years. Also a variety of water filtration systems - everything from Brita filters to various Lifestraws.
We don't often hear about the importance of washing and rinsing with clean water. There's no point using dirty water to rinse off the soap residue...

Soap and TP are obvious ones. Bleach is also great.
Extra large extra strong garbage bags would fall under hygiene I think.
