From Wikipedia: "Goulash (Hungarian: gulyás [ˈɡujaːʃ]) is a soup or stew of meat and vegetables, seasoned with paprika and other spices". It's one of my favourite stews, particularly how I make it (which takes 26 hours, or 2 hours if you already have the stock at hand). I tried this canned variety: The verdict: I'd eat it in a survival situation without a doubt. The beef is tender enough, and there is some flavour to it. It's very watery, and way too salty (which may be a good thing if you're lacking this mineral). The MSG does the trick in stimulating the taste buds. The summary: Spend your money elsewhere. There are much better options - which provide better nutritious value and flavour - for less than the $6 or so I paid for this 300g can. Attachments:

I love these because there are nice chunks of meat! I usually add a curry sauce after draining the the original sauce out! But yeah they are a little expensive so I only get them while on special!
