The last addition to the boundary fencing, at last i wont get any cheeky teens snooping around the house anymore. Plus the mutts have all grown up now and doing their job very well. And yes it hurt the wallet when total cost came to just over 20k, materials and hire. Now time for the landscaping

What sort of length was that for Tac? Looks nice and solid, and room for the razor wire on top too!

something will go there but the bull arabs might F themselves up if they decide to try and jump it. so barbed might be the way to go

I've not got any military experience so a query on a tactical perspective for you blokes that are the experts in this stuff - would a railed fence like this be better from a defence perspective than a solid fence? I mean it would slow down an attacker, but not give them anywhere for cover?

If someone was so determind to get in they'll go out of there way to do so. The way I look at it is, if you go all out you'll attract attention and if you don't do enough its to easy for them. Plus I want a view to the bush down the back and I have a few very big mutts to let me know if somethings wrong. Adding barbed wire, as I'm doing will slow them down.
