I was at our local fishing tackle shop pondering over a gas smoker, when the owner of the store came and suggested I try another method;
A single burner butane gas cooker.
A Metho smoker.
Get rid of the metho holders, and put the smoker on top of the butane burner, at the lowest possible flame.
Well, bugger me, it worked really well.
Only down side is the quantity one can smoke is quite small.
But it did do 10 chicken wings pretty easily.
