I'm a fan of Mitchell & Web and recently came across this post apocalyptic game show broadcast. Nice intersection of British humour and societal collapse.

More dark British 'event' humor.

"Children are ignorant and of little use", nice one . I was thinking along these lines just the other day, we have a mum possum with a little one and I was worried about them, given that we have a large python in the house somewhere. I figured that it would be better for the python to get the babe because mum can have another but the babe will die anyway without its mum. Nature ain't pretty, and it applies to use as well.

Nature's a b___h. People want to get back to it? In so much as I enjoy visiting, I like how we over come any of her dangers.

We live closer to nature than most people do and I like that, but I also like being isolated from a lot of it.
