Ah, MREs. Meals Rejected by Ethiopians. Meals Rejected by the Enemy. Meals Rejected by Everyone. It actually stands for Meals, Ready to Eat, which has been described as “Three lies for the price of one” – it’s not a meal, it’s not ready and you can’t eat it................................... www.askaprepper.com/happens-eat-nothing-mres/

I agree - I love them too - have them scattered all over the house. Have to hide them not so much for use for my preps, but from the kids who will devour them without even breathing.

Yeah I get a case of the Yank ones every now and then. I as well have never had problems with them and enjoy eating them.
Would love to get some Aussie ones by case. Only ones been able to find have been pulled apart and sold separately.

I never got MREs. Back in my army days we were still eating Korean War C-rations. Some weren't too bad. Others? Well...
