Well worth watching. It's surprising what we can learn from the real world of SHTF. Amazing what these folks figured out to solve problems created by a 7 year embargo.

Saw this doco a few years back, need to take another look. I believe there have been several Aussies in Bougainville, Irian Jaya and various other parts of Indonesia / Papua over the years helping out the locals in fights against their governments. On the other hand, there was the "Sandline Affair" with the Papua government bringing in Brit, Aus and South African mercenaries to try to finish the Bougainvilleans off (after the NZ and AU governments refused to help). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandline_affair |
