I've got the wild plants book by Tom Low, covers a lot of all around Australia. I will look at some of the others to get.
I've just finished reading the ebook, 100 deadly skills, it's all about surveillance/counter surveillance in foreign countries and stuff, James Bond type stuff, but is written by a Navy Seal on real world tactics. There is another version I've found out tonight written about survival, so I'll have to have a read of that too.
