It takes longer than normal to open on my machine ... but it does open eventually.

Funny I would have thought chickens would have been the best option especially in a grid down situation suppose there is no refrigerator ... you basically cull when u want meat ... a bird could feed a family of 4-6 for a meal or two no refrigeration needed .... eggs can be made into a lot of meals and the birds can live on scraps/ grain in a very small space... cows/sheep/goats all need acreage, pastures and good food to thrive.

Second one wouldn't open for me either. Lol what I take from this is we are all going to live on pumpkins as they produce the most kg/ha 😂😂 This table doesn't take into account the inputs needed to grow each one of these different crops. In order to produce the optimum yield every one of these crops has to have its requirements met in terms of soil type, ph, fertilisers, pest control and water requirements. Some of the highest yielding crops would have the highest inputs too so may not be suited to what you want.
