Yip, but it is still very polarising as it goes into the longest US shutdown in history. The cost to the US GDP will soon exceed the cost of the wall. Now that is not very smart, a needless destruction based on political hate... I think the dems are without a true leader and it is going to cause more infighting among the democrats.

Will see today if the yellow vest protesters in France can have an impact on their banking system- I am not sure if thy have enough support as it is the 9th week of protests.
