Will be interesting to see if a 'traditional' government method of alleviating economic downturn will work in an economy of China's size...probably depends on where they spend the bucks...they have recently announced the building of ships for the navy with the capability of amphib assault...just to 'ensure' China's sovereignty..yeh right, theyre overwhelmed by nations wanting to invade...
