I guess the Achilles Heel of this setup might be the people that will inhabit it.
Can you imagine taking a bunch of wealthy 'Alpha' couples and sealing them in a box together? Within a week they'll be at each other like Siamese fighting fish.
Within a month the 'security and service staff' will have liquidated them to get some peace and quiet.

Damn! that is a pretty well considered / well engineered facility. I'd agree that a potential vulnerability would be the social factors arising from multiple co-resident families in the one space.
