Welcome Spooks.
Everyone here has different views on where things are going and what they are prepping for.
The best way to meet people is to hang around and contribute and people get to know you. There is massive overlap between prepping for anything big, so while there might be less prepping towards a pole shift - there is plenty of knowledge here which is transferable to what you are wanting to do.

Hi would like to chat and meet up with like minded people who would be interested in preparing for polar shift in the Brisbane area. What are your main concerns about polar shift. CME destroying comms and electronics, or geological tectonic events. I am prepping for earthquakes and volcanism where there is a few years of winter.

Hey im prepping for more of a tectonic event however it doesn't hurt to prep for other events in the process but main focus is a catastrophic shift. Im in the process of finding high ground with access to natural resources upping my long life food supply ie dehydrating my own food and stocking up on water. I believe defense is also going to play a major role in preparing as looting will be rife bringing disease with them. So basically food water shelter defense and medical. I would love more positive input and suggestions or even better people wanting to prep together.

First priority should be getting out of Brisbane.

Setup as in buy land and develop infrastructure or setup as in hide on crown land or someone's property?
What I've done is buy rural property in the NSW high country, just finishing the main infrastructure to allow long term living for my group. Off grid, permanent water, plenty of acres for food production.

Ummm..... I guess I need some guidance and details of how a "polar shift" will go. Will we get up one morning and the compass read 180 degrees from what we are used to ? Kind of like changing to and from daylight savings time ? Will currents and tides reverse ? Will it take 1000 years to move 180 degrees ?
What are the events and time line on this ??

Latest thought is that it occurs quicker than the decades predicted. What does happen is that the earth magnetic field weakens considerably during the swap, making the earth very susceptible to CME. Not only will compass and navigation go haywire but all eclectics can be effected from even minor solar and space storms that regular hit the earth. phys.org/news/2018-12-earth-magnetic-poles-flip.html
