yep at one stage I knew some of them quite well (for minors) and there were a lot from that school that worked there also, one girl stands out tho, her name was amee (I think that's the spelling it was weird) dumb as bat s#%t, the type of girl that thought a kiss made her pregnant... I believe she was summerset, but a 06 or 07 class (I can't remember... there were so many of them lol)

ok, as ppl in other lifestyles and activities have various activities, lessons etc when having a meet up, and as a few of us were talking about freeze dried foods etc, and as many of us have varying skills, i was thinking, would it be viable to organise something similar? like organise one person to bring a couple of items from one brand, another does another, one teaches knot skills, weapon skills, aquaponics, gardening... gaz could do a field medic type beginner course for example? if we could get it organised, maybe we could all contribute *something* besides our being there (but that would be fine too, im just a big believer in sharing what knowledge we can! ^_^) i was thinking i could make a few ready to rehydrate/cook meals in a jar and bring some freeze dried fruits/veg from foodstoragedepot.com.au (listing what and where from will help avoid doubling up, lol) what do you guys think? I think that is actually a great idea, I'm all for things being relaxed and just doing a meet & greet, but if for instance someone offered to teach me something, or just said, anyone who would like to learn (insert skill etc) meet at (given location) at (given time) during the meet, people can choose, or you could at least get a rough idea on who is interested based on replies on the forums. I would probably jump at the opportunity to get some first hand experience in a plethora of areas.

Pity the Vic meetup didn't go through. Sorry about my presence of late. Has been quite lacking. I'm still keen for the Hay meetup though.
Any news on the 2014 meet?
