Bad news and scandals generate income from the media organisations. Whether it be tabloids or the nightly news.
I read somewhere the other day about the larger "news" companies have computers that calculate which stories to run based on their shock factor and which will generate the most controversy so they can get viewers and advertising dollars.

The article is pretty much spot on as well not majority of us aren't prepping for the apocalypse, but for more realistic threats such as natural disasters, war, economic collapse etc etc.

Bring a compass. It’s awkward when you have to eat your friends.

I love walking because it clears your mind, enriches the soul, takes away stress, and opens up your eyes to a whole new world.
