Condensed milk! Chocolate! Coffee beans! Tea! Spice powders!
I'd tend to go for things I can't grow or make myself.

I've been getting 1kg bags of premium beans for half price ($18) from Woolies. They go on special like that a couple of times a year. Got a couple of nice ye-olde hand grinders to put them thru.

Nothing in particular aside from cooking. and drizzling over bruschetta with modena glaze.
Oh and no more tinned tomatoes for us .. between the new tomoato press and the canning cooker/jars which are in the mail, we should be able to preserve all of the tomatoes we grow
I bought the old school mincer and some other butchering gear recently after attending the deer butchering course. This kind of stuff belongs in a top 10 kitchen goods for SHTF.
I joked to my partner yesterday we ought to open a SHTF cafe in future ... it would be kinda like a bank today with armed guards and vaults etc lol
