Pop Tarts. Couldn’t post image, easy google !
Kids love them.
Had one that was 3 years old and tasted great.
High sugar but some protein!
Can be heated or eaten cold.

Supposedly a 4x4x12 cm size bar of this was the equivalent of a full meals nutrition. May be a fun project to work with this winter.
