Smoke and mirrors, until the DPRK's media themselves declare it I'll remain doubtful.
Not that him dying would change anything, except having a new female head of state for people to say "look how awesome female leaders are compared to men" when actually it's the exact same as before if not worse.

So, it looks like Kim has re-appeared and in good health.
Although, to be fair, lots of media have pointed out he appears to be even heftier than he was a month ago, so either the medical scare was completely over-rated or his body double is even fatter than Kim is.
