I'm interested but can't see anything. Error message: "www.indiegogo.com refused to connect"

There is a 1:22 min video on the first page but it is all fluff and pretty graphics. R/O and filtration, no shit, what else would it be! If they actually gave out info or even how to use it that would help. Possibly this is only promotional to help raise more capital, the device may be marketing stuff. Dunno. More info appreciated if anyone has it.

I think they said it would be about $70 - I think maybe US.

There info page is very lacking in info at this stage. They don’t seem to be asking for money/preliminary orders on that page (I logged in) which is strange considering they have the working prototype and just need the $$ for their first manufacturing run.

To claim they are 'the first' with this type of device is misleading.
Devices pretty similar to this have been in use in Blue Water yachting for decades. Yachties also have a range of solar stills as well. All tried and tested and some even rated for use in life boat applications. They are not particularly cheap though.
If the main aspect to being first is 'low cost' - probably pays to be wary.

Via spinifex's link I found these which I didn't know about. A range of products that produces a drinkable solution (not straight water) without external power. ftsh2o.com/products/personal-hydration/The easiest one is a pouch that just gets put in water and fills itself. There is also a jerrycan version.
