Camels are so damn tasty. Totally agree, better than beef! And catching bulls is great fun, I miss doing it.

I've seen a number of videos similar to some of these.. Unfortunately when a species does damage to property, crops and is a danger to people and live stock, there must be action taken..
The flip side to this coin is the 99.99% of people who will not be affected by feral animals, but vote while confusing the terms conservation, preservation, and management through "feel good" emotions.. This all from Wildlife Biology 101 oh so many years ago now...
But I'm preaching to the choir... Don't get me started...

Meet the Ferals! This one is number 2 of 5 "Scrubbers" Feral Bulls I've shot at my back door! The marks on his hide are from where my bull gored him when they were fighting! Attachments:

We always heard the rumours / sightings of the "big black cats" in our valley, this one is in the bottom of my middle paddock 100 mtrs plus from where I took the photo! It's on the creek edge a little right of centre you can see the morning sun shining on it's coat. Attachments:

?
Um ... looks like a back lawn with a moggie in the background?
Are you messing with us or what?

Is that someone in a yeti-suit off to the left? Or just a random pile of cut vegetation?

? Um ... looks like a back lawn with a moggie in the background? Are you messing with us or what? We have the neighbour's moggies come through too but these buggers are like twice the size of your average domestic cat it's why I took the pic it's from a few years ago. The cat is about twenty meters further down the same slope from where the scrubber is down on the ground. I took the photo from the deck of the place in the background. It was max zoom on the phone camera which I was talking to work on at the time when I did see this thing prowling through.
