I've been researching backup power for my aquarium's filter (15w). I know a pet axolotl isn't important if shtf, but it got me thinking about other appliances in the house, and emergency backups until i can invest in a genny.

I like that the Eaton will kick in if the power dies, and will sound an alarm. Plus you can swap out the power packs for fresh ones, without interrupting the power.
The Duracell variety comes in a range of different sizes, but I think it's more just a plug in and go type device.
I haven't been able to find much online except for cheap looking items on ebay. I'm probably using the wrong search terms or something.
Anyways, I just thought I'd share these finds so far.
