“It finds fault with China on almost all fronts where it cannot live without China, trapping itself in an embarrassing dilemma.” Good comment. Could also read as "It finds fault with China on almost all fronts while ignoring its own faults." And I like dumplings! As for being 'poor white trash', it is only a matter of time. We really need to be building stuff to create wealth.

My first thought was how dare those stinking Chinese call us white trash, then I took a walk around the local shopping centre and realised they were spot on.

Now this makes me vomit:- "A British-born Australian citizen living in China who describes claims of ethnic cleansing of Uighur Muslims as “baloney” has emerged as a new star in Chinese state propaganda. Is this bloke claiming an Aussie Pension and a British Pension also? Former London Metropolitan Police officer Jerry Grey, 62, lived in Australia for nearly 20 years working as a manager for Chubb Security in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide before taking a redundancy. He obtained a teaching certificate and planned to travel while teaching English. He arrived in China in 2004 but loved it so much he ended up staying after his contract finished, and soon found himself married.Mr Grey now lives in Zhongshan in the southern province of Guangdong with his wife, Ann Liang Yuhua."www.news.com.au/world/asia/they-sing-and-dance-aussie-retiree-trashes-claims-of-uighur-repression-in-chinese-propaganda/news-story/fd4749b7bbf0e26949f19a6d13c04083

One of the rare occasions where the CCP is correct. We've traded our manufacturing industry out to Asia in exchange for immigrants to prop our property ponzi scheme that we chose instead. The CCP has outsmarted our government for years and is now using the levers that it bought. We are going to take a big economic hit here. But so be it. We're better off being 'white trash' that the racists refer to us as, than being under Beijing's thumb.

Not so sure about outsmarted but more realistically payed off. If economic policy was not so racist we’d have a diverse and varied market to sell to other than relying on an authoritarian communist racist dictatorship.

Apparently, the locals near places like Bergen-Belsen didn't notice the local rendering plant, either, until they were made to file through it when the Allies came...

(I've had a few colleagues over the years who have grown up in Xinjiang; all were Han Chinese, no Muslims, but all said that "things' happen there all the time).
