Well ... I guess if anything is wrong with the vaccine then the state is in deep trouble! Since ALL health workers are in the first wave of dosing!
I'm sure it'll be fine. Until a year or two from now when Pfizer starts adding exciting new ingredients to the vaccine doses as part of 'further testing and development of an approved vaccine'.

I get that this seems like a sped up process. But for what its worth, I wont hesitate to have the COVID vaccine. I was reading on Rawles blog yesterday that the vaccine is all tied into the book of Revelations and this is part of the grand plan of the devil........ what was scary was the number of people commenting on the post agreeing ! Each to there own I suppose. If you wanted to make the population infertile or kill people on mass there are better ways. To be honest I don't get the levels of paranoia here. WHO and big Pharma has developed a process over a decade ago to do what has occurred with rapid vaccine development for a pandemic. The system has worked as intended, in the time frame it was intended to work in and now up to 40% of Americans wont take the vaccine due to some wider conspiracy or because it is the work of the anti-christ. I disagree with mandatory vaccination and if you live in rural Australasia and don't intend to travel much for the next 4-5 years there is probably no down side to not vaccinating, but my consulting company, which is 40% of my work and income is dieing a slow death and the sooner I can travel again the better.

Just curious about all those people saying “you first”.......how long do you leave it before you decide to get it? I mean, if the vaccine is a dud and has some very long term affects, then it may take years,or even decades for those problems to arise. Examples like this have come up before in history - big hoola about a wonderful new vaccine/medicine and then a few years down the track we found it it caused deformities or similar.
So if you say you will wait - then how long will you wait for?
I agree, if you live in a rural area and don’t get about much, then defer it - but having said that, if it is legit and COVID strikes up again, then be prepared in some other way. I’m just really praying that the government won’t “blackmail” folks into having it. Something like you pay extra Medicare levy if you don’t take it etc.

There is already talk of a vaccination passport to get you where you want to go. Any non vaccinated people will be considered as lepers.

Thus far in Tennessee the vaccine is in shipment they say. Not nearly enough for the masses. So it won't trickle down to the rural and everyday folk until June they are saying. It is a set of 2 shots and there are some issues with storage as it requires very cold storage temperatures. No talk yet of making it mandatory.
They are talking introducing it into nursing and retirement homes as the elderly population has been very hard hit.

By then any side effects will be known. Anyone who had a vaccine and still got CV will go straight to the media in any case. Long term once it's been fully tested and adjusted I'll have it, just like all the other fully tested vaccines that work just fine now.

A vaccination passport? Will it have a photo? Will it just be something on your phone? Will it be attached to your driver's licence? Can I borrow someone's vac passport, or get a dodgy nurse to say I've had the jab when I haven't?
Think outside the square.

You mean those new fangled vaccine passports we have never had before...... for Yellow fever currently and BCG and rabies historically. If you don't want to travel, don't travel, but you will genuinely be stuck at home for 2-3 years. Changing your business from Qantas wont help - UA, NZ, SQ, BA are all doing similar things and countries simply wont let you in without it. Without wanting to personalise it FB, the shit they gave you for your MI was less proven and dodgy than the main three COVID vaccines.
